Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and unworn
• Tags must be attached
• Item must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product first and then place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
